About Two Gates Boarding Kennels in Rochester
At Two Gates Boarding Kennels in Rochester, we have over 20 years experience in providing quality care for dogs at our excellent facilities. We have recently renovated our original kennel block and together with the extension – offer exceptional standards of boarding and care across our kennels.
This means we can provide accommodation for dogs of many sizes and breeds, and can even accommodate multiple dogs from the same family. We purposefully limit our capacity to just 20 well-maintained kennels. This boutique size ensures that your dog never gets lost in a crowd. Instead, they receive individual attention, personalized affection, and a structured daily routine that includes being individually walked and exercised 5 times a day across our secure grass paddocks.
Why our pet facilities?
Graham and Julia, alongside a dedicated, close-knit team of animal lovers. With over 20 years of professional experience in canine care, we understand the unique personalities, anxieties, and needs of different breeds.
While we are a small, independent team, our staff have a deep, practical understanding of canine behaviour. We specialise in reading a dog’s body language, lowering their stress levels, and helping our first-time boarders settle into a peaceful, happy routine. From the soothing background music playing in our heated indoor blocks to the individual cuddles.
